All Exhibits must be matted, Except Oil Paintings 4. All Exhibits must be ready to hang - with wire or strong string attached to frame/mat. 5. Exhibitor must have permanent hangers attached to pictures. 6. Largest size to exhibit will be 24 inches by 30 inches to include mat & frame 7. Pictures with glass must have permanent wire hangers screwed to frame. Grange will not be responsible for broken picture glass 8. Refer to General Fair Rules 1 through 8. 9. Exhibitors may pick up pictures between 4:00 - 6:00 PM, on Sunday, the last day of the Fair. 10. No entries will be accepted after 8:00 P.M. on the Monday, just prior to the Fair’s opening. 11. Only one exhibit per class, per person, permitted.
